Ms X complains on behalf of Mr Y that the Council wrongly reduced his attendance at a day care centre causing distress. We found no evidence of fault in the way the Council considered these matters. We found fault as the Council delayed in responding to Ms X’s complaint. The Council has accepted it was at fault and already apologised to Ms X and Mr Y which is suitable action for it to take. We have completed our investigation.
