Ms X complains there were failings in the way the Council dealt with the Education Health and Care Plan for Miss Y’s son, delayed making and paying a personal education budget and ensuring Miss Y’s son received the educational provision specified in his Education Health and Care Plan. We have found no evidence of fault in the way the Council considered these matters. We found fault as the Council delayed carrying out the annual review of the Education Health and Care Plan. But this fault did not cause Miss Y an injustice, so we have completed our investigation.
