Summary: We cannot investigate this complaint about development plans. This is because the law prevents us from investigating complaints from public bodies.

The complaint

X complained on behalf of a parish council about a development plan. X said the implementation of the plan did not follow due process.

The Local Government Act 1974 sets out our powers but also imposes restrictions on what we can investigate.
