Ms X complained that the Council failed to deliver the education and support set out in her son Y’s Education, Health and Care plan. She said this impacted on his education and his mental wellbeing. We have found the Council was at fault. It failed to ensure that Y was receiving the provision outlined in the plan. The Council has agreed to address the injustice caused to Ms X and Y.
