We found there was a failure to provide a suitable full-time education for Mr X’s son, Y, between February 2024 and April 2025. We also found there was fault in the Council’s handling of Mr X’s complaints. The Council had already apologised for issues in its complaint response. We recommended a payment to reflect the education that Y missed.
