Mr X complained the Council has failed to carry out a proper care assessment that captures his medical conditions. He also complained about inaccuracies in the Council’s financial assessment. We find the Council was at fault for its delay in dealing with a review of Mr X’s financial assessment. This has caused Mr X frustration. The Council has agreed to apologise to Mr X and complete a review of his financial assessment.
