We have found fault, causing injustice, in the Council’s failure to: properly review and consider appropriate action in response to the reports of the neighbour’s ongoing noise and anti-social behaviour; communicate with Miss Y about her case and with its complaint handling failures. The Council has agreed to remedy the injustice by: apologising; making a payment to reflect the distress caused; holding an anti-social behaviour case review and providing an action plan for it
