Summary: We cannot investigate this complaint that Miss X was unfairly removed from a college course. This is because the law prevents us from investigating complaints about what happens in schools.

Miss X complains that she was unfairly removed from a college course.

My assessment

Miss X complained to the Council about her college’s decision to remove her from a course she was studying. The Council responded providing Miss X with an explanation as to the college’s reasons for removing her from the course.

I cannot investigate Miss X’s complaint. The law prevents us from investigating complaints about what happens in schools and colleges.
