Ms X and two neighbours complained about the impact of a development of new houses built behind their homes. We did not uphold the complaint finding no fault in the Council's consultation about the development, nor for how it assessed the impact of the development before giving planning permission. It had also considered properly concerns the development as built, differed from the approved plans.
