Summary: We will not investigate this complaint about Council tax because the matter affects all or most of the population of the area.

Mr X complains that the Council tax imposed on residents is too high.

Mr X complains that the Council tax imposed by the Council is too high for the services provided.

The level of Council tax affects all or most of the population of the area and therefore the Ombudsman cannot investigate this complaint for the reason given above.
