Improvement Notice issued as you have failed to ensure that the health and safety of those in your employment and those not in your employment, including members of the public, in that you have failed to prepare an adequate written plan, referred to as an asbestos management plan, which sets out the measures for actively managing the risk from asbestos-containing materials within Christ Church CE Primary School.
