Cause of death 1a: Methadone, etizolam, tramadol and pregabalin intoxication. (b) Mr Garscadden’s cause of death was 1a: Cocaine and etizolam intoxication with coronary artery atheroma. (c) Mr Bauba’s cause of death 1a: Global ischaemic brain Injury due to 1b: Cardiac arrest due to 1c: Buprenorphine, etizolam and pregabalin intoxication.
