I note that the discipline policy, contained in the management of employee conduct policy document produced by NHS Fife, does not deal with the issue of employee welfare during the whole period of the disciplinary action. This is something which ought to be formally recognised, and addressed.
Under section 28 of the 2016 Act, each recipient of a recommendation must respond within 8 weeks.
