Recommendations (the sheriff's words)I believe that it makes good practice for the dive to be regarded as terminated once the diver is physically and safely on board the diving vessel. I understand that this is now the practice. Video recording should only be terminated and the diver recovery only equipment put away when the diver is physically and safely on board the diving vessel.
