3. In terms of section 6(1)(e) of the said 1976 Act that other facts which are relevant to the circumstances of Claire Lesley Fairbairn’s death are as follows: (i) the desirability of a paramedic forming part of an emergency ambulance crew and (ii) the keeping of accurate patient records by ambulance crew.
Under section 28 of the 2016 Act, each recipient of a recommendation must respond within 8 weeks.
