(i) An evening welfare check on prisoners should be carried out at HMP Low Moss at weekends at the same time as the evening welfare check is carried out on weekdays, ie between 8.15pm and 8.30pm.
Under section 28 of the 2016 Act, each recipient of a recommendation must respond within 8 weeks.
