Recommendation

Election returns should be sent to the Election Commission through the acting returning officers. (p 153) Fifth Report of the Committee on Standards in Public Life 12 72858-COI-1-14 Party Funding 5/10/98 10:46 am Page 12 81. The Election Commission should have powers to investigate suspected breaches of electoral law.
