Recommendation

The House should: require agreements and remuneration relating to Parliamentary services to be disclosed; [B] expand the guidance on avoiding conflicts of interest; [B] introduce a new Code of Conduct for Members; [B] appoint a Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards; [B] establish a new procedure for investigating and adjudicating on complaints in this area about Members.
