My baby and i scan Ltd

My baby and I scan service carries out pregnancy ultrasound scans for souvenir images, rather than for clinical purposes or as part of a pregnancy pathway of care. Facilities included 1 scanning room and a reception area. We inspected the service on 10 December 2025. This was a scheduled, announced, comprehensive inspection. We gave the service 7 days' notice that we were coming to inspect to ensure the service was open. The service was first registered with CQC on 22 October 2025 and has never been inspected. This is a single location with no previous CQC registrations. We found breaches in relation to Safe Care and Treatment, Safeguarding, Good Governance and Equipment and premises. We have issued a Warning Notice; this notice is served under Section 29 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008. This warning notice serves to notify you that the Care Quality Commission has formed the view that the quality of health care provided by My baby and I scan Ltd for the regulated activities above requires significant improvement.
