The provider has assured CQC that the current manager will now make an application to be officially registered as manager.

The registered manager acknowledged that the service had failed to make required statutory notifications about significant events that had occurred since our last inspection and assured us he would make sure all required notifications were sent to CQC in the future as this is a legal requirement.

The colour coded mop heads in use by cleaning staff needed changing more regularly. This was brought to the attention of the manager of the service who agreed this equipment would be replaced.
