Recommendation, verbatim from the inquiry
●Inquiry recommendation, 39.29
We recommend that the Department, in conjunction with the industry, consider what is meant by censure, whether the penalty of censure should continue to exist and, if so, why. If (contrary to our present view) it is decided that it should continue to exist, we recommend that consideration be given to requiring that the censure be endorsed on the officer’s certificate.

How this page is built

The summary is written by this site and labelled as such. The Index does not paraphrase sources or characterise intent; it records what has been published.
