●Inquiry recommendation
London Underground shall undertake an investigation of the problems of passenger flow and congestion in stations and take remedial action. They shall obtain advice from the London Fire Brigade and those with technical expertise. Reports of the most serious incidents of congestion must be made to the Board of London Underground and to the Railway Inspectorate.
