Government Response Rejected
HM Government Rejected
In current guidance, the Department does not prescribe a specific model of FGDM; however, local authorities are encouraged to consider the evidence for the Family Group Conference model. It is a local authority’s decision on which model of FGDM will best serve the families they support after considering the evidence. The department will provide statutory guidance and best practice guidance to support local authorities in this delivery.
