Conclusion (the committee's words)
The Department should ensure that Best Start Family Hubs provide support for parents and carers on appropriate screen time use for children of different ages, as well as explaining their own role as an adult in modelling appropriate screen time use to their children. (Recommendation, Paragraph 82)
