46. The Government agrees with the Committee on the benefits of the Careers Hub model. We are already on track to exceed our target of 90% of schools and colleges to be part of the Careers Hub network by the end of 2024. As set out in response to recommendation 5, we expect all secondary schools and colleges to be offered the opportunity to join a Careers Hub by 2024, with 95% of secondary schools and colleges being part of the Careers Hub network. This will accelerate progress further. 47. We will consider what more can be done to scale up this ambition to 100% as part of the Strategic Action Plan for Careers, including engaging with stakeholders to inform what a one-stop-shop, all-age careers system looks like. We will publish our Strategic Action Plan for Careers in 2024.
