Damian Hinds MP confirmed that âCommissioned Rehabilitative Service (CRS) providers do not have access to nDelius â¦, OASys â¦, NOMIS (the Prison Serviceâs case management system) or an equivalent system in place in privately contracted prisonsâ. He explained that âthese systems contain sensitive information relating to people in prison and under probation supervision that is not required by CRS providers to deliver their servicesâ. 338
