Previously, âvoluntary sector providers had direct access to probation case management systemsâ: the case management tool nDelius and the risk assessment tool OASys (see Box 8). 336 They were able to receive and share updates on people on probation, but lost access to these systems when the Probation Service unified in 2021. 337
