Conclusion
The Tony Blair Institute told us that state collaboration with major tech companies would be key for internet resilience in the Arctic and beyond. They recommended that the UK should support investment in alternative Arctic infrastructure. The UK could also take the lead in developing agreement on norms and regulations governing subsea infrastructure in the Arctic. 112 Finland and Sweden’s NATO accession
