Conclusion (the committee's words)
We welcome the communiqué agreed by NATO members at the Washington Summit labelling China a “decisive enabler” of Russia’s war against Ukraine. This reinforces the evidence we heard that the Russian invasion of Ukraine has created a window of opportunity for the deepening of the Sino-Russian relationship.
