Conclusion
These proposals should only be taken forward if the FCA can demonstrate that it has taken stakeholders’ concerns into consideration. We agree with Mr Rathi that the FCA should ensure that something like this is not repeated. The FCA should respond to the recommendations for further clarifications made in this report, and to the list of recommendations set out below.
