Early publication of draft regulations and full consultation on the detail of the additional data to be required by HMRC is crucial if the Government is to go ahead with a 2025/26 start and the Government must, in any event, allow all stakeholders sufficient time to make the changes necessary for these additional requirements before they are implemented.
