Conclusion (the committee's words)
We welcome the Foreign Secretary’s confirmation to us that the current ad hoc arrangements for cooperation with the EU on Ukraine have worked well. This reinforces the evidence we heard that the Russian invasion of Ukraine has created a new context for UK-EU engagement on foreign and security policy that was absent when the Trade and Cooperation Agreement was negotiated.
