Recommendation
The Government should take a leading role with the EU and other international partners to support Ukraine in its efforts to tackle corruption and strengthen its public institutions. Effective action in this area will be vital to creating an environment in which both public and private sector donors have confidence to invest in Ukraine and provide support for reconstruction.
