Recommendation (the committee's words)
The UK has a strong reputation in Ukraine with expertise to offer in several sectors that will have an important role in reconstruction. The Government should take full advantage of this and aim to perform a leading role, working closely with the EU and other partners, in areas such as encouraging private sector investment and engaging with the insurance industry.
