Conclusion
We are concerned at the delay of over a year to the UK’s proposed participation in the PESCO Military Mobility project, which we previously identified as representative of a more pragmatic approach towards defence cooperation with the EU. We ask the Government, in its response to this report, to provide an explanation for the delay and the steps being taken to overcome it.
