Recommendation
Recent Government investments in advanced computing facilities are welcome, but more is needed and the Government will struggle to afford the scale required to keep pace with cutting edge international competitors. The Government should provide more incentives to attract private sector investment in compute. These should be structured to maximise energy efficiency.
