Recommendation
The Government should support the authorities responsible for local nature recovery strategies to ensure that they bring together information and actions to enhance the environment. Relevant authorities should develop biodiversity net gain credit schemes which support the delivery of local nature recovery strategies so that off -site delivery continues to benefit residents in the local area .
