Recommendation
The Government should also inform Parliament when declarations of incompatibility are made by domestic courts in the same way as for adverse ECtHR judgments. Again, such information would be helpfully accompanied by an action plan setting out the issues in the case alongside the proposed timescale for addressing the incompatibility.
