Recommendation
The AI Bill we recommend should impose mandatory transparency requirements on all actors across the AI lifecycle. The deployment of AI systems which may have significant impacts on individuals, groups and communities should include an obligation to state when AI systems are being used and provide a full and comprehensible explanation of what it is being used for. There should also be an obligation to provide information about the source of data used by the AI system. (Recommendation, Paragraph 213)
