Recommendation (the committee's words)
The Defence Office for Small Business Growth should publish specific targets for the uplift it expects to deliver in MOD funding for Scottish SMEs, and the measurable outcomes it will use to assess progress in improving access to defence supply chains for Scottish SMEs. Progress against these targets should be published on an annual basis. (Recommendation, Paragraph 47) Defence skills gaps
