Response: Whilst considerable obstacles remain to providing inclusive education in Pakistan, as a lower middle-income country Pakistan has resources to address key education reforms for inclusion of girls and the most marginalised communities. Our continued support will focus on providing technical expertise to support governments in KP and Punjab, and at the federal level to ensure Pakistan’s own resources are used to achieve maximum impact, improve access to education, and quality of learning with a focus on girls and the most marginalised, as well as supporting catch-up learning post pandemic.
