1.1 We agree with the Committee’s assessment that this is the right time for the Integrated Review. The Review is an opportunity to define and strengthen our place in the world at a time when the global landscape is changing dramatically. 1.2 We also agree that the pace and nature of technological change is an important factor to consider.
