The Government accepts this recommendation. 63. The UK has continued to bring permitting matters to the attention of Treaty Parties. While permitting processes vary from country to country, the UK will continue to share best practice and raise awareness of the growing issue of passengers on a single vessel seeking authorisation for activities from different National Competent Authorities.
