SPA Publications
The Scottish Police Authority governs Police Scotland under the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012, publishing annual and strategic police plans, annual reports and accounts, board and committee minutes and action logs to a single publication library. The library also carries the response side of HM Inspectorate of Constabulary in Scotland (HMICS) recommendations: the improvement plans and progress updates HMICS's own site does not itself publish, matched here back to the HMICS report each one responds to.
