Verbatim required actions
What Stirling Council must do
- Stirling must: - send us the information we require in relation to its homelessness service; - tell us about any emerging issues preventing it from fulfilling its statutory duty to provide temporary accommodation when it should and comply with the Unsuitable Accommodation Order; - complete the outstanding electrical safety work as quickly as possible; and - send us monthly updates on progress on achieving compliance with electrical safety requirements. Each update should include the latest projected timescale for achieving full compliance.

About this register

The Scottish Housing Regulator publishes an annual engagement plan for every registered social landlord and council landlord, and — rarely — a statutory intervention report where it has used its powers under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010. Required actions and intervention narratives are copied verbatim from SHR's published documents.
