As noted earlier in the report, it is impossible to separate education from the workplace and everything must be done to ensure that the experience of education is a positive and fulfilling one to ensure neurodivergent individuals can thrive in the workplace. It must also be ensured that people are supported as they transition out of education and that they do not fall through the cracks at this juncture.
