Recommendation 50

We note the Minister's encouragement to workplaces to adopt practices which are consistent, fair and inclusive. The Committee is not convinced, however, that encouragement alone will be sufficient to effect a cultural shift. The Committee encourages the Scottish Government and the next administration to consider what could be put in place to require work places to adopt practices which are consistent, fair and inclusive as well as what support smaller workplaces for example may need to put these practices in place.
