Recommendation 44

The Committee urges this Government and the next administration to work with the UK Government on Access to Work to consider how neurodivergent people can be better supported into and in employment. The Committee also urges the Scottish Government and the next administration to consider how it can, within devolved powers, encourage employers to consider how they can better consider the needs of neurodivergent people.
