Private diagnoses and shared care agreements

Ideally we should have a system that is predicated on equity of access to assessments for all. Everyone should be able to get access to an assessment in a reasonable time period, irrespective of their financial circumstances. Financial privilege should not allow anyone to obtain a diagnosis more quickly than someone from a less privileged financial background.
