Recommendation (the committee's words)
The Committee therefore recommends that its successor draw on the evidence and findings of the Scottish Broadcasting inquiry to inform a future debate without motion in the Scottish Parliament on the Draft Charter and Framework Agreement; and also that its successor should seek responses to the report from the UK Government, the Scottish Government, Ofcom, Screen Scotland and BBC Scotland.
